When Pittsburgh couple, Ryan + Elise first described their wedding to me, I knew it was going to be a blast to photograph.
Getting ready quietly at home, a catholic ceremony at St. Thomas Roman Catholic Church, and a reception to follow at J. Verno studios.
Ryan and Elise got ready in separate spaces, making their first look as Elise walked down the aisle in her classic dress from Blanc de Blanc, even more special. Just look at Ryan’s expression!!
After their heart felt ceremony, R + E’s crew got on the bus and headed out to Hot Metal Bridge for portraits. It was so funny trying to dodge all the runners and cyclists, BUT we did it!!
Then the moment we’ve all been waiting for… Ryan + Elise’s reception at J. Verno Studios!! A very modern, moody atmosphere… I’m drooling!! Not only because of the ivy wall – an added bonus for sunset portraits, but the food too! Caterer, Pittsburgh BBQ served a buffet of all things barbecue and everyone enjoyed their meals after speeches.
