After hearing that my clients, Vince + Lena had to cancel their timeless 2020 May wedding due to Covid-19, I started brainstorming the idea of a modern, boho, Autumn inspired styled shoot to celebrate V + L.

I reached out to Natasha, owner of The Harper Wedding Venue and the fun began!! She mentioned to me that wedding planner, Ali from Wanderlust Weddings and Events wanted to join in on a styled shoot and together we made it happen during Mid Summer busy season. Over the course of a month, Ali and I rallied a team of talented vendors.

My oh my… Did we make magic happen!!

While Vince and Lena were getting ready, I started photographing their details. The mood was set by Angela from Angela Pro Designs who created a timeless invitation suite. During the shoot we featured peachy, neutral tones with classic pops of white and black. Balloon designer, Brooke from Let’s Get This Party Started Balloons and Events incorporated our color palette beautifully.

My vision for this styled shoot was to highlight the season we’re in. Pennsylvania leaves are still green and vibrant but the grass is starting to dry as we head into Autumn. Katelyn, owner of Field and Hand intentionally created the modern floral installations. She also brought my vision to life by adorning the table scape with fresh and dry fruits – a node to Summer transitioning into Autumn.

Can it get any better? For refreshments Cassie, from Clink92 served up colorful, delicious cocktails.

What was Lena’s something blue you ask? Her eyeshadow of course! Makeup Artist, Sydney knew this was the perfect opportunity to incorporate a bold, bridal eye look. What a complimentary contrast to our peachy neutral color palette!!

Hair Stylist, Amy made quite the statement by giving Lena a 2021 take on Mid Century Modern GLAM waves.

We couldn’t have done any of this without Patty, Lisa, and Susie from Razzberry Vintage Rentals, Eventioneers, and Party Mosaic who provided the luxurious rentals.
