On a moody Spring day, Tim + Kaitlin planned to celebrate their wedding at the historic mansion, Succop Conservancy in Butler, PA. The ceremony was set to be in front of the ancient weeping willow and the reception to follow on the same grounds under an airy pavilion.
These two designed their wedding with timeless colors – green, black, white, & red. Romantic, yet simple, and complimented by the beautiful architecture Succop Conservancy offers.
After arriving, I took a moment to photograph Tim + Kaitlin’s details. The crisp invitations, and Kaitlin’s timeless, bohemian dress.
The girls spent the morning relaxing and prepping for the day as they had their hair and makeup done. They shared mimosas during the quiet hours leading up to the ceremony.
Friends and family were intentionally invited to Tim + Kaitlin’s ceremony and reception. All gathered near the ceremony site and waited patiently while a Spring shower breezed through the area. As the ceremony began, the rain shower came to an end and the guests listened closely to the sermon given by Tim + Kaitlin’s officiant. Any nervousness that was there before, went away as T + K took each other’s hands. They were in their element – smiling, praying, and laughing. (See Photos.) The ceremony ended with a big first kiss and the couple was quickly received by their guests…
